Ryan serves as Assistant Dean of Recruitment & Enrollment for UC’s College of Arts & Sciences, where he leads undergraduate and graduate recruitment, builds strategic partnerships, champions access, and student-centered outreach. A first-generation college graduate, Ryan brings nearly 15 years of enrollment leadership, most recently as UC’s Associate Director of National Recruitment, along with a record of expanding access and opportunity for students from every background.
